Hello, I'm Kate - welcome to my website!

 

I am a Leader with over 20 years of experience in various operational and HR leadership roles.  I am an active member of SHRM and am certified as a Senior HR Professional (SPHR & SHRM-SCP).  I am a results-oriented, high-energy, hands-on professional, with an unbeaten record of accomplishments!  As a leader in HR, I have been highly successful in leading organizational transformations and building cultures of engagement through innovated and agile programs. 

 

My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Management/HR, Masters of Arts in Legal Analysis and an MBA from the University of Arizona. 

 

My three favorite things are organizing, problem-solving, and wine tasting. Oh, and did I mention that I am a veteran with over 22 years of combined active and reserve service in the United States Air Force.  Feel free to poke around the site to learn more about me and what I have been up to.
